Corokia 'Geenty's Green'
A popular choice as a clipped hedge, it has very upright growth and attractive green leaves with silver undersides. It has tiny yellow flowers, followed by small red berries that are enjoyed by native birds. It prefers a site with well drained soil, and can tolerate coastal conditions like wind and dry spells when established.
It can grow to 2m high by 1.5m wide, but does respond well to regular clipping to keep it to a certain shape and size.
